The cultivated area is distributed as follows: 3 hectares of blueberries (Vaccinium corymbosum), grown under controlled conditions with modern irrigation and fertigation systems, suitable for both fresh market and processing; 1.7 hectares of raspberries (Rubus idaeus), cultivated in well-managed plots ensuring high yields and consistent product quality; 0.3 hectares of blackberries (Rubus fruticosus) and strawberries (Fragaria × ananassa), intended for the local market and for niche value-added production. All areas are equipped with modern agricultural infrastructure, including drip irrigation systems, climate protection measures, and post-harvest storage facilities, ensuring maximum freshness and product traceability. Dredheza is a family-run farm specialized in strawberry cultivation, located in the village of Llausha, Skenderaj. Led by farmer Smajl Balaj, the farm has extensive experience in strawberry growing and, since 2008, has expanded production to larger quantities for the local market.
